Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a 3rd Shift Senior Process Control Technician for cold-chamber aluminum die casting in the Cedarburg, WI area. The role focuses on monitoring critical process variables, performing defect analysis, and driving high first-pass yield on a high-volume production floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical diploma or vocational degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ tenure at each prior employer.
• 2+ years in process control within manufacturing (aluminum die casting, plastic injection molding, or metalworking preferred).
• Must reside within 45 minutes of Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize process parameters (melt temps, shot profiles, injection speeds, pressures, cycle times, lubrication).
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects (porosity, cold shuts, soldering).
• Review X-ray data and maximize first-pass yield.
• Set up and validate process parameters for new product launches and existing runs.
• Train and coach floor personnel on standard parameters and procedures.
