Job summary

Intel Foundry Services is seeking a Senior DFT Logic Design Engineer to support PDKs, DFT/DFM insertion, ATPG validation, and tape-out readiness. You will collaborate with internal teams and external customers, produce technical content, and drive validation methodologies for ASIC and SOC designs.

Ideal candidates have extensive CMOS/ASIC DFT experience, strong scripting skills, and the ability to obtain US security clearance. A hybrid work model is offered across multiple US sites.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain US Government Security Clearance.
• 3+ years of experience with advanced CMOS processes (16nm and below).
• 3+ years of experience implementing ASIC DFT/DFM insertion (MBIST, LBIST, SCAN, JTAG) at block and SOC level.
• 4+ years of scripting in Python, Perl, Tcl, or shell.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues for customer tape-outs.
• Create content, notes, and deliver technical training/presentations.
• Drive DFT/DFM/ATPG validation methodology, flows and documentation for ASIC block and SOC levels.
• Provide Tool/Flow/Methodology support for customer issues and challenges.
