Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and administering enterprise CI/CD platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, administration, and continuous improvement of the GitLab platform.
• Establish enterprise CI/CD standards through reusable GitLab templates and deployment workflows.
• Develop and maintain IaC, containerized deployments, and security integrations across CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor DevSecOps engineers and enforce engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Cloud Systems Owners and cybersecurity teams to meet security, compliance, and performance goals.
