Job summary

Good co India seeks a senior DevSecOps leader to drive secure, automated software delivery across multi-cloud environments. You will lead DevSecOps strategy, design secure CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams.

You will establish security-by-design culture, implement SAST/DAST/SCA, govern IaC, and drive KPIs for security posture and deployment metrics across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in DevOps/DevSecOps or security-related roles.
• Proven experience leading DevSecOps teams and enterprise-scale CI/CD.
• Hands-on CI/CD platforms, cloud infra, containers, Kubernetes, IaC, and automation.
• Strong understanding of secure SDLC, cloud security, and security-by-design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization's DevSecOps strategy and engineering teams.
• Define and implement secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Integrate security controls throughout the SDLC and promote a security-by-design culture.
• Implement and manage SAST, DAST, SCA, container security, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning.
