Job summary

RPMGlobal seeks a Sr. DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure pipelines for classified mission environments. You will lead automation, governance, and security practices across AWS GovCloud and similar domains.

The role requires 10+ years in DevSecOps, strong scripting (Python/Bash), and deep expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible). Expected to mentor junior staff and drive STIG compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DevSecOps experience across the full software lifecycle.
• Experience delivering DevSecOps services in multiple classified domains.
• Strong automation, security integration, and governance expertise.
• Proficiency with AWS (including GovCloud) and secure cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated solutions across classification environments.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning and STIG validation.
• Lead troubleshooting and incident analysis, document root causes.
• Mentor engineers on DevSecOps, IaC, and security compliance.
