Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to lead AWS-based infrastructure, security, and software delivery practices. You will build secure, scalable cloud environments and strengthen governance and compliance across the organization.

You will design and manage IaC using Terraform, Docker, and Lambda, and develop CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to improve developer productivity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or infra roles with AWS expertise.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with Docker and serverless architectures (Lambda).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).
• DevSecOps practices including security scanning and compliance automation.
• Familiarity with cloud governance, cost optimization, and architectural best practices.
• AWS certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AWS-based cloud infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and Docker.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for secure software delivery.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including security scanning and compliance automation.
• Define and enforce cloud governance policies, cost management, and architectural standards.
• Build observability and monitoring solutions to enhance reliability.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure audit readiness and control adherence.
• Accelerate developer productivity through self-service tooling and standardized deployments.
• Mentor engineers on cloud architecture and operational excellence.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies to drive innovation.
