Job summary
Vantor is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support OpenShift on-prem and cloud environments. You will join a mission-focused operations team crafting secure, scalable infrastructure for intelligence analysts and warfighters.
The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to obtain a CI poly. You will influence automation, security controls, and deployment pipelines across distributed teams in a high-security setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience required.
- Strong DevSecOps experience and Linux proficiency is required.
- Experience deploying in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments and cloud/on-prem environments.
- Experience with open-source software deployments and maintenance.
- Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed teams and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Configure, monitor, and maintain OpenShift/Kubernetes private cloud environments.
- Develop infrastructure as code using Ansible, Chef, or similar tools.
- Build and maintain automated DevSecOps pipelines with Argo CD and GitLab.
- Troubleshoot across stack from bare metal to deployed apps in OpenShift.
- Support security controls, patching, and remediation to meet ATO requirements.
- Communicate concepts clearly with multidisciplinary SAFe teams.
