Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support on‑prem and cloud OpenShift platforms and automation across the secure environment. This role involves building and maintaining automated pipelines, IaC tooling, and cross‑functional collaboration with distributed teams to enable intelligence analysts and mission teams.

The successful candidate will have a TS/SCI clearance, strong Linux and Kubernetes/OpenShift experience, and a track record deploying secure, automated solutions in

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant technical experience in platform operations and automation.
• Demonstrated DevSecOps expertise and strong Linux experience.
• Experience deploying applications into Kubernetes environments, preferably OpenShift.
• Experience with open source deployments and custom apps.
• Able to work with geographically distributed teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and maintain the OpenShift private cloud environment.
• Create and maintain IaC tools (Ansible, Chef) and automation frameworks.
• Build automated DevSecOps pipelines using Argo CD and GitLab.
• Monitor and troubleshoot across the tech stack from bare metal to apps in OpenShift.
• Support ATO requirements through security controls, documentation, and remediation.
• Communicate effectively with SAFe Agile teams.
