Vantor is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to oversee on‑prem and cloud OpenShift platforms, enabling intelligence analysts with scalable, secure environments. You’ll drive automation, security, and operational excellence across a distributed team.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a technical Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of exp, and the ability to work in a SCIF up to 90% of the time from Herndon, VA. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Formación

• U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance (CI poly).
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Linux experience and DevSecOps background.
• Experience deploying applications to Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
• Open source deployments and maintenance experience.
• Able to work with a geographically distributed team and communicate clearly.
• Ability to work in a SCIF up to 90% of the time in Herndon, VA or other listed sites.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage OpenShift and Kubernetes to configure, monitor, and maintain the private cloud.
• Develop and maintain IaC tools (Ansible, Chef, or similar).
• Build automated DevSecOps pipelines with Argo CD and GitLab.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support stack from bare metal to apps in OpenShift.
• Support ATO/security controls, patching, and remediation of findings.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to multidisciplinary teams.
