Job summary

Mission Driven Research, Inc is seeking an experienced GMD DevSecOps Engineer to architect, build, and scale the DevSecOps environment within the IDDE for mission-critical workloads.

You will deploy and manage containerized apps with Kubernetes, implement CI/CD pipelines, and operate in hybrid cloud environments (AWS and Azure) while embedding security into the software lifecycle. A SECRET+ clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's with 20+ years.
• Active SECRET or higher security clearance required.
• Hands-on Terraform IaC deployments.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes for containerized environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Architect and provision the IDDE DevSecOps environment using Terraform.
• Deploy, manage, and scale Kubernetes-based apps.
• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage hybrid cloud environments (AWS and Azure) and AD.
• Embed security tools into CI/CD pipelines and perform STIG analysis.
• Create deployment documentation and manage complex orchestrations.
