Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Engineering organization. As a full-service pharmacy operating nationwide, we build secure, compliant systems that directly impact patient health and safety.

You will define DevSecOps strategy, elevate cloud and application security, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale securely in a regulated environment. This hands-on leadership role requires experience with AWS/GCP, IaC, and container security, plus mentoring engineers

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software/infrastructure/security with DevSecOps focus.
• Deep cloud architecture expertise (AWS and/or GCP).
• Experience securing Kubernetes-based environments.
• Hands-on with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, Jenkins).
• IaC security with Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the DevSecOps strategy across infra, app, and CI/CD.
• Architect secure cloud-native systems on AWS/GCP.
• Implement policy-as-code and automated governance.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC security.
• Lead IAM strategy and zero-trust enforcement.
• Mentor engineers on secure coding and DevSecOps.
