Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead security across infrastructure, applications, and CI/CD. You will define the DevSecOps strategy, strengthen cloud security posture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, compliant systems nationwide.

You will drive secure-by-design cloud architectures in AWS/GCP, implement policy-as-code, automate security testing, and mentor engineers in secure coding and DevSecOps practices within a regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software, infra, or security engineering with DevSecOps focus.
• Cloud architecture experience in AWS and/or GCP; Kubernetes & container security.
• Hands-on with CI/CD systems and IaC pipelines (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices; IAM/RBAC and least-privilege enforcement.
• Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, PCI).
• Strong scripting in Python, Go, or Ruby.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the DevSecOps vision across infra, apps, and CI/CD.
• Architect secure cloud-native systems in AWS/GCP.
• Establish security patterns and guardrails for engineering teams.
• Design and secure CI/CD pipelines and IaC pipelines.
• Lead IAM strategy and least-privilege enforcement.
• Mentor engineers on secure coding and DevSecOps practices.
• Partner with Security and Compliance on audits and remediation.
