Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Engineering organization. You will drive secure-by-design cloud architectures and embed security across the development lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams nationwide.

Responsibilities include defining the DevSecOps vision for AWS/GCP, building secure CI/CD pipelines, automating security tests, and guiding engineers on best practices. 6+ years in related fields and healthcare compliance focus preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software, infrastructure, or security engineering.
• Deep cloud architecture experience (AWS and/or GCP).
• Strong experience with containerized and Kubernetes environments.
• IaC expertise with Terraform/CloudFormation and secure pipelines.
• Knowledge of application security, OWASP Top 10, and secure coding.
• Scripting in Python/Go/Ruby and DevSecOps ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the DevSecOps strategy across infra, apps, and CI/CD.
• Architect secure cloud-native systems on AWS and/or GCP.
• Set security patterns, guardrails, and reference architectures.
• Design, maintain, and secure CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Automate security testing and compliance checks.
• Implement policy-as-code and governance controls.
• Mentor engineers on secure coding and DevSecOps practices.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Product, IT, and Compliance.
