Fuze Health is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Engineering organization. We operate nationwide as a full-service pharmacy, building secure, compliant systems that impact patient health and safety.

You will lead as a senior technical architect, defining DevSecOps strategy, elevating cloud security, and embedding security in our software lifecycle. This hands-on role thrives in regulated environments and scales architecture for nationwide use.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software, infra, or security engineering, with DevSecOps focus.
• Deep cloud architecture experience in AWS and/or GCP.
• Proven in securing containerized/Kubernetes environments.
• Hands-on CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins.
• IaC expertise with Terraform and CloudFormation; secure IaC pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding.
• Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, PCI).
• Scripting in Python/Go/Ruby.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the DevSecOps strategy across infra, apps, and CI/CD.
• Architect secure cloud-native systems on AWS/GCP.
• Establish security patterns, guardrails, reference architectures.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Lead IaC security and automation for governance.
• Mentor engineers on secure coding and DevSecOps.
• Partner with Security and Compliance for audits and remediation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Product, IT, and Compliance.
