Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Engineering organization. You will lead security-embedded infrastructure, define DevSecOps strategy, and elevate cloud security posture as we scale nationwide across mail-order and pharmacy locations.

This hands-on role works in a regulated healthcare environment and partners across Security, Compliance, IT and Engineering. You will architect secure-by-design cloud-native systems on AWS/GCP, implement policy-as-code, and mature

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software, infrastructure, or security engineering with DevSecOps focus.
• Cloud architecture experience in AWS and/or GCP.
• Strong skills securing containerized/Kubernetes environments.
• Hands-on with CI/CD platforms (GH Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins).
• IaC experience (Terraform, CloudFormation) and secure pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the DevSecOps vision across infra, apps, and CI/CD.
• Architect secure, cloud-native systems in AWS and/or GCP.
• Design secure IaC patterns and reference architectures.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Lead IAM strategy, zero-trust, and least-privilege controls.
• Strengthen container and Kubernetes security posture.
• Partner with Security and Compliance on audits and remediation.
• Mentor engineers on secure coding and DevSecOps practices.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Product, IT, and Compliance.
