Fuze Health is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Engineering organization. You will lead security-driven infrastructure, define DevSecOps strategy, and secure cloud-native systems across AWS/GCP while aligning with HIPAA and SOC 2.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on building secure CI/CD pipelines, IaC security, zero-trust networking, and mature security programs as we scale nationwide across mail-order and physical pharmacies.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in software/infrastructure/security engineering with DevSecOps focus.
• Cloud architecture expertise on AWS and/or GCP.
• Hands-on with containerized and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins).
• IaC tooling experience (Terraform, CloudFormation) and securing IaC pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of application security basics and secure coding practices.

• Define and lead the DevSecOps vision across infrastructure, applications, and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Architect secure-by-design cloud-native systems across AWS/GCP environments.
• Establish security patterns, guardrails, and reference architectures for engineering teams.
• Design, maintain, and secure CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
