Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Engineering organization. You will lead security deeply into our lifecycle, define DevSecOps strategy, and ensure our platform is secure, scalable, and compliant as we grow nationwide.

This hands-on role requires shaping architecture and infrastructure at scale in a regulated healthcare environment, across AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in software, infrastructure, or security engineering in DevSecOps.
• Cloud architecture expertise (AWS and/or GCP).
• Experience securing containerized and Kubernetes environments.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins).
• IaC experience with Terraform and CloudFormation; secure pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices.
• IAM/RBAC/zero-trust and encryption best practices.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, PCI).
• Proficient in Python, Go, Ruby or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the DevSecOps vision across infra, apps, and CI/CD.
• Architect secure cloud-native systems on AWS/GCP.
• Establish security patterns and reference architectures for engineering.
• Design, maintain, and secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead IAM strategy and least-privilege enforcement.
• Maintain Kubernetes resources and environments for internal/external use.
• Support audits and remediation with Compliance teams.
