Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Engineering organization. We build secure, compliant systems for national pharmacy operations that directly impact patient health and safety.

You will define DevSecOps strategy, elevate our cloud security posture across AWS/GCP, and lead IAM, CI/CD security, and IaC pipelines in a regulated environment. This is a hands-on role partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software, infrastructure, or security engineering, with DevSecOps focus.
• Cloud architecture expertise in AWS and/or GCP in regulated environments.
• Strong experience securing containerized/Kubernetes environments.
• Hands-on with CI/CD systems: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins.
• IaC tools: Terraform, CloudFormation; secure IaC pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of app security principles and OWASP Top 10.
• IAM, RBAC, zero-trust, encryption best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the DevSecOps vision across infrastructure, applications, and CI/CD.
• Architect secure-by-design cloud-native systems across AWS/GCP.
• Establish security patterns, guardrails, and reference architectures for teams.
• Design, maintain, and secure CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
• Lead IaC security and automated governance controls.
• Automate security testing and compliance checks to reduce manual work.
• Mentor engineers on secure coding and DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance during audits and remediation.
