Job summary

TMC Technologies is seeking an experienced DevSecOps/Cloud Platform Engineer to support modernization, automation, and operations of enterprise infra in AWS GovCloud. The role focuses on containerized apps, OpenShift, CI/CD, and security-focused cloud operations, with fully remote work and occasional face-to-face SAFe ceremonies.

You will migrate from VM to containerized platforms, implement automation, troubleshoot Kubernetes, and enforce security and compliance while maintaining documentation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on systems administration experience.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud and OpenShift in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in CI/CD tooling, IaC, and security-focused cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and operational readiness of AWS GovCloud and OpenShift infrastructure.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
• Migrate enterprise apps from VM-based to containerized platforms.
• Implement infrastructure automation to reduce manual configuration.
• Troubleshoot cloud infra, Kubernetes workloads, networking, and connectivity.
• Collaborate with security, development, and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Integrate security and compliance requirements into deployment and infra management.
• Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
