Qualifications

• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years in engineering/tech disciplines.
• 3+ years leading a team.
• Experience leading an Agile team.
• Experience with DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Define agile processes for DevSecOps teams with the solution manager.
• Facilitate agile coaching, training, and metrics development.
• Serve as a scrum master to remove blockers, align the team, and provide Jira automation.
• Drive continuous improvement and hold teams accountable for deliverables.
• Drive agile execution across DevSecOps teams.
• Mentor teams on agile best practices.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to remove blockers and support development.
