Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior DevSecOps professional to design, implement, and govern secure pipelines across air‑gapped environments. You will lead IaC/Configuration as Code efforts, container security, and automated testing, collaborating with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to deliver mission‑critical capabilities.

Qualified candidates will hold an active U.S. Top Secret clearance, have extensive DevSecOps/CI‑CD experience, and be able to operate in on‑site roles

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance (within past 24 months).
• 5+ years for Senior level 4, 10+ years for Senior level 5.
• Experience leading software teams or projects.
• Experience utilizing Agile development processes.
• Development Operations (DevOps) or Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) experience.
• CI/CD experience using appropriate code versioning, build and test automation tools.
• Relocation willingness if not within commuting distance to listed locations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and sustain secure DevSecOps pipelines and automation capabilities in air-gapped and on‑premises environments.
• Architect and maintain Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code solutions for repeatable provisioning in disconnected environments.
• Establish and govern secure container build, storage, transfer, and deployment processes for isolated networks.
• Provide technical leadership for integration, deployment, and test environments through standardization, access control, and baseline management.
• Troubleshoot complex platforms, application, infrastructure, and security issues across development, integration, test, and deployment boundaries.
• Lead implementation of automated testing, monitoring, and validation capabilities to improve reliability, traceability, and mission readiness.
• Apply metrics and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement of DevSecOps tools, processes, and system performance.
• Guide remediation of security vulnerabilities and implementation of compliance controls within secure disconnected enterprise environments.
• Lead stakeholder engagement to define priorities, drive consensus, and align DevSecOps product direction with program needs.
• Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, operations, senior leadership, and external customers to gather requirements, drive implementation, and support adoption of DevSecOps capabilities.
