The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to join the Air Dominance Site Reliability Engineering team. You will provide technical leadership to define reliability strategy and drive architecture across developer platforms.

You will mentor engineers, establish SLIs/SLOs, oversee incidents, and partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and program stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable services.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree; US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• 8+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins or Bamboo).
• 8+ years of enterprise architecture experience, including cloud security, data privacy, integration, and deployment.
• 5+ years of root cause analysis and corrective action.
• 5+ years of technical leadership and team leadership.
• 14+ years of related work experience with a BS in engineering/CS or 18+ years without.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the SRE strategy for GitLab, CI/CD runners, Jira/Confluence, PostgreSQL, and related tooling.
• Establish platform reliability architecture, SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, KPIs, and disaster recovery approaches.
• Serve as senior technical authority for reliability, performance, and security decisions.
• Lead architecture reviews for developer tooling and cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
• Drive automation (IaC, Ansible) and repeatable operational patterns.
• Guide upgrades, migrations, and roadmaps for supported platforms.
• Lead major incidents and root-cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Mentor SREs in operational excellence and secure administration.
• Partner with leadership, cybersecurity, infra, software eng, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and remediation plans; drive quality end-to-end services.
