Job summary

The Boeing Company in Saint Charles, Missouri is seeking Systems Engineers at Associate, Experienced and Senior levels. You will work on Direct Attack programs and related weapon systems, contributing across architecture, requirements, verification, and integration.

Ideal candidates bring a BS in engineering or related fields, several years of experience, and the ability to lead multi-discipline teams onsite. Clearances and DoD domain knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
• Associate level 2: typically 2+ years' related work experience or equivalent.
• Experienced level 3: typically 5+ years' related work experience or equivalent.
• Senior level 4: typically 9+ years' related work experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess the technical performance of the system or system element and influence product direction.
• Maintain status in EVM, JIRA, Calendar, and related trackers.
• Manage system risk and maturity by regularly assessing the system’s status.
• Understand Boeing Systems Engineering BPIs, BPGs, DPs, SEBPs, ESGP or similar processes.
