Requirements include an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in engineering disciplines, and 3+ years leading teams with Agile methods. On-site work is expected with relocation considerations available.

Formación

• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (past 24 months considered active).
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years in engineering/engineering technology or related technical discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with solution manager to define agile processes for DevSecOps teams.
• Facilitate agile coaching, training, and metrics development.
• Serve as a scrum master to remove blockers, align teams, and provide Jira automation to improve processes.
• Seek continuous improvement and hold teams accountable for deliverables.
• Drive agile execution across DevSecOps teams.
• Mentor teams on agile best practices.
• Work with internal/external customers to remove blockers and support development.
