Job summary
Perforce is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join the Customer Success team and work with top DevOps engineers. The TAM owns the technical health and customer success of the Puppet Enterprise solution, building relationships to guide customers toward greater efficiency and cost savings.
You will be the primary technical contact after installation, helping customers with roadmaps for future business success and collaborating with the Puppet by Perforce organization to ensure
Qualifications
- Former TAM experience.
- Undergraduate in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to varying stakeholder levels.
- Collaborative and team-focused mindset with a willingness to approach new situations.
- Loves customers and takes ownership to make them successful.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical health and customer success of the Puppet Enterprise solution.
- Build relationships and guide customers to improved efficiency and dollar savings.
- Serve as the customer's main point of technical contact post-installation and help roadmap future business success.
- Collaborate with Puppet by Perforce to align on training and advocacy.
- Advocate for customers and product quality within development and product management groups.
