Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC seeks a System Administrator to support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. This role manages UNIX/Windows OS, network components, and mobile devices, providing Tier 1/2 support and incident resolution.

Requires a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance. Ten years SA experience and a technical Bachelor's degree are required, with DoD 8570 IAT Level I+ and related skills.

Qualifications

• Ten years of SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• Five years of additional SA experience may substitute for a degree.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for IT systems.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT infrastructure issues.
• Communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
