Erias Ventures, LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a seasoned DevOps Engineer to build and operate a reliable, scalable platform that orchestrates microservices using modern tooling. You will join a growth‑oriented team focused on delivering innovative solutions for complex mission problems.

The role requires Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance, extensive infrastructure as code experience, and a collaborative mindset to drive performance and uptime across AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with 9+ years of professional DevOps experience, or 7+ years with a related Masters.
• Current Top‑Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance; candidates cannot be sponsored.
• Experience developing Infrastructure as Code and scripting to automate tasks using Python, Ansible, Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Develop infrastructure as code and automation to provision services.
• Design and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitLab runners and Argo CD.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure uptime.
• Patch, harden, and maintain compliance of RHEL.
