Qualifications

• Active TS.SCI w FSP through MD required.
• 10 years SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• DoD 8570 IA Technical (IAT) Level I or higher required.
• Experience with DevOps and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Supports escalation communications to agency management and internal customers.
• Configures UNIX and Windows operating systems and related network components.
