Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group, LLC seeks a DevOps Engineer / System Administrator to drive automation, scalability, and resilient systems in AWS. You will support mission-critical systems in unclassified and classified environments, deploying cloud-native architectures and managed services.

Requirements include active security clearance with polygraph, 10+ years federal government experience, a related BS or 5+ years equivalent, DoD 8570 IAT Level I, AWS expertise, Linux security, PKI,

Qualifications

• Active security clearance with polygraph.
• 10+ years of federal government program experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 5 extra years of system administration in lieu of degree.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I required; Level II preferred.
• Proven AWS cloud design, deployment, and operations.
• Strong Linux administration and security hardening.
• Experience with PKI, Nessus, UAM, CYBORGBUNNY, LATTEART.
• Ability to troubleshoot across infrastructure, apps, and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current systems and plan enhancements.
• Provide production support for mission-critical systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, document resolutions, and assess impact.
• Patch management for Windows and Linux.
• Cloud deployment and management.
• CI/CD management and deployment.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage infrastructure across multiple networks.
• Write and maintain documentation.
• Help implement a DevOps culture.
