Devopsroles is seeking a Senior DevOps/SRE to design, operate, and scale cloud-native infrastructure and data platforms. The role focuses on reliability, automation, and platform performance across production environments.

The ideal candidate will lead Kubernetes clusters, manage multi-cloud infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, and implement IaC with Terraform and Helm, while advancing observability and incident response across global teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration skills.
• Hands-on production cloud environment experience.
• Terraform and Helm for IaC.
• CI/CD tools and deployment automation.
• Advanced Linux, networking, and distributed systems troubleshooting.
• Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager, Elastic Stack.
• Programming in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience supporting high-availability production systems and on-call operations.
• Knowledge of incident management and reliability practices.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Spark, Elasticsearch, Redis, MongoDB.
• Understanding of AI-driven operational tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and scale Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across multiple providers.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Apply IaC using Terraform and Helm.
• Create automation tooling and workflows (Python/Go/Bash).
• Drive monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting improvements.
• Troubleshoot incidents and participate in on-call rotations.
• Support distributed data platforms (Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, Redis, MongoDB).
• Promote reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency through SRE practices.
• Collaborate with cross-time-zone teams and support GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions).
• Contribute to postmortems and reliability improvements.
