Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Run Operations & DevOps Leader to act as the bridge between Product Engineering and Tech Ops. This hands‑on leadership role drives operational readiness, reliability and security across hybrid cloud environments, while mentoring a DevOps team and guiding CI/CD practices.

The Senior Manager leverages Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes and GitOps to ensure scalable, observable services with 24/7 availability across stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, tech operations or SRE roles with leadership exposure.
• Strong cloud, automation and incident management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑team initiatives in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness, go‑live readiness reviews and supportability assessments.
• Own L2/L3 production incident coordination and problem management.
• Govern CI/CD, release planning and change management across services.
• Oversee infrastructure as code, container platforms and automation.
• Mentor DevOps and systems engineers; drive reliability improvements.
