Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Run Operations & DevOps Leader to bridge Product Engineering and Tech Ops, leading a DevOps team to ensure production readiness, reliability and secure, scalable deployments. The role covers a broad set of responsibilities across incident management, change governance, and automation.

You will drive best practices for monitoring, automation and cost optimization while coordinating across Product, Engineering, Information Security and Infrastructure in a 24/7 operating

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, tech operations, SRE, or related fields.
• 4+ years in technical leadership or people management.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP or OpenShift).
• Proven production readiness, release governance and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead L2/L3 production escalations and major incident bridges across Product, Infrastructure, Security and vendors.
• Facilitate post-incident reviews and root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Own CI/CD governance, release processes and change management across platforms.
• Oversee IaC and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS) for reliable operations.
