Job summary

Jitsu, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to evolve the infrastructure powering the platform.

You will lead CI/CD, IaC, and GitOps efforts, build scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP, and guide reliability, security, and deployment practices for a fast-growing, globally distributed engineering team. You will drive infrastructure improvements, cost efficiency, and observability while collaborating with technical leaders to improve resiliency and performance across services.

Qualifications

• Experience designing automated CI/CD pipelines end to end (git-based source control, build/test, artifact management).
• Hands-on Terraform with multi-environment infrastructure as code.
• Experience operating GitOps workflows with ArgoCD or similar.
• Strong cloud infrastructure experience at scale, preferably GCP.
• Production Kubernetes operations and cluster management at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own key parts of the DevOps effort for a global engineering team and a platform supporting millions of transactions daily.
• Drive improvements across development processes and tooling: source control, build, test, packaging, release, and deployment.
• Improve infrastructure configuration, management, and cost efficiency.
• Enhance monitoring/observability for availability and performance across services.
• Partner with technical leaders to improve architecture maintainability, scalability and resilience.
• Serve as a technical lead to software and DevOps engineers on dev/ops practices.
• Contribute to security posture via IAM, network policies, and supply-chain hygiene.
• Develop and enforce DevOps standards and processes.
