Job summary

Ryan is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to design and implement a fully automated CI/CD ecosystem across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments. You will contribute to the Internal Developer Portal, platform engineering, and self‑service tooling to standardize software delivery for engineering teams.

You will lead automation, security, and observability efforts, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve reliability, performance, and deployment practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive DevOps, cloud engineering, and automation experience.
• Proven track record moving from software development to cloud infra.
• 6+ years CI/CD tools experience (Harness, CloudBees, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Strong Java/Node.js development exposure and Windows SQL Server knowledge.
• Proficient with AWS and/or Azure networking and serverless services.
• Advanced Terraform and IaC practice; secure software delivery.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools.
• Ability to lead evaluations for new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Champion an automation-first DevOps culture with collaboration and transparency.
• Partner with development teams to boost reliability, performance, and deployment.
• Architect and implement an Internal Developer Portal (IDP) for self-service infra.
• Enable golden paths to accelerate onboarding and reduce cognitive load.
• Integrate IDP with CI/CD, cloud infra, identity management, and observability.
• Maintain service catalogs, docs standards, and ownership metadata.
• Improve developer experience through feedback and platform enhancements.
• Design and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines for Java, .NET, Node.js apps.
• Deploy standardized workflows across AWS/Azure; include automated testing and security scans.
• Build reusable pipeline templates; optimize performance and observability.
