Job summary

Ryan is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to design and implement a fully automated CI/CD ecosystem, an Internal Developer Portal, and secure cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments. You will blend software development with cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering to accelerate software delivery.

You will help standardize deployment pipelines, improve reliability, and enable self‑service tooling while shaping a scalable, secure, and observable engineering

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
• Transition from software development to cloud infrastructure and automation.
• 6+ years with CI/CD tools (Harness, CloudBees, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Deep development experience in Java and/or Node.js environments.
• Strong AWS and/or Azure experience, including networking and serverless.
• Advanced Terraform and infrastructure-as-code skills.
• Experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures.
• Secure software delivery and DevSecOps practices.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience evaluating new tools and leading PoCs.

Responsibilities

• Champion an automation-first DevOps culture and continuous improvement.
• Partner with development teams to improve reliability, performance, and deployments.
• Architect and implement an Internal Developer Portal (IDP) for self-service infra and templates.
• Build standardized CI/CD workflows across AWS and Azure environments.
• Implement automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates in pipelines.
• Design scalable cloud infrastructure using IaC and Terraform modules.
• Lead platform engineering initiatives and maintain observability and governance.
