Job summary

Ryan is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to design and implement a fully automated CI/CD ecosystem, an Internal Developer Portal (IDP), and secure cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments. The role blends software development with platform engineering to accelerate software delivery and improve reliability across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, DevOps, cloud or platform engineering.
• 6+ years hands-on with CI/CD tools (e.g., Harness, CloudBees, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Deep development experience in Java and/or Node.js environments.
• Strong AWS/Azure experience, including networking and serverless.
• Terraform and IaC proficiency.
• Experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server, including availability groups.
• Scripting in Python/PowerShell/Bash.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Lead evaluations of new tools and automation processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines for multiple languages.
• Build standardized deployment workflows across AWS and Azure.
• Implement automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates in pipelines.
• Develop reusable pipeline templates and shared libraries.
• Improve build performance, reliability, and observability.
