Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will build CI/CD pipelines, manage IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation, and run containerized workloads with Kubernetes and Docker.

The role requires 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong scripting, and experience with cloud platforms and observability tools. Flexible remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE or similar roles.
• Hands-on with Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins/Azure DevOps and Terraform.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash or PowerShell, and monitoring with Prometheus or Grafana.
• Solid networking, security, and cloud-architecture knowledge; agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
• Develop and maintain IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation.
• Manage containerized environments with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Administer Windows Server VMs and monitor performance and security.
• Enforce DevSecOps practices and security compliance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues; participate in architecture reviews.
• Support AI/data-driven solutions through robust infrastructure capabilities.
