Placements24 is seeking a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer to join their technology team in a fully remote role. You will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and ensure reliability and security of the software stack.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in DevOps/SRE, hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP, containers, and IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible. You will collaborate with developers and QA to accelerate delivery while maintaining best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT.
3+ years in a DevOps or SRE role.
Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Scripting skills (Bash, Python) and CM tools.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Monitor performance, availability, and security; identify and resolve issues.
Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Collaborate with development and QA to ensure smooth deployments.
Implement and manage Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
Uphold security best practices and conduct regular vulnerability assessments.
