Job summary

Kestra Technologies is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and scale the infrastructure behind our SaaS platform. You will automate provisioning, optimize monitoring and CI/CD, and ensure high availability across cloud environments.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in DevOps/SRE, deep Kubernetes and Terraform experience, and comfort working remotely in a fast-growing startup. Join a remote-first team with global collaboration and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform with hands-on cloud experience (GCP/AWS).
• Experience monitoring and operating distributed systems and databases (Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch).
• Fluent English and ability to work in a fully remote, startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and scale the infrastructure for Kestra's SaaS platform.
• Automate cloud resource provisioning and management for reliability and efficiency.
• Optimize monitoring, deployment, and repair systems for high availability.
• Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues quickly.
• Drive innovation to boost engineering productivity and deployment speed.
