Job summary

Tech Soft 3D is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and optimize our infrastructure. You will implement Infrastructure as Code, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and mentor teammates while promoting best practices. This role is based in Europe with hybrid or remote options and involves collaboration across global teams.

You will work with Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Git to ensure secure, scalable cloud environments and efficient development processes.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or infrastructure automation.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, and Git.
• Strong IaC experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or YAML for automation.
• Solid CI/CD knowledge and deployment best practices.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain IaC solutions using Terraform and Ansible.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
• Manage source control with Bitbucket and Git; enforce best practices.
• Address technical debt in infrastructure and automation.
• Write scalable automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability in cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot CI/CD and infrastructure issues efficiently.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical discussions on DevOps.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, security, product, and IT teams.
• Promote documentation and knowledge sharing across the org.
