Job summary

AgilityFeat, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (WebRTC/LiveKit) for a remote contract role. You will build and operate real-time infrastructure across Americas and Europe, with ET-based overlap and flexible hours.

English fluency (B2+) is required, and you will join a globally distributed team. Responsibilities include CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and security practices, using LiveKit, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible to ensure scalable, reliable services for AI agents and real-time

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience implementing DevOps in cloud environments.
• 3+ years of WebRTC infrastructure experience including LiveKit.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale infrastructure for AI agents using LiveKit and other real-time frameworks.
• Configure and manage cloud-based infrastructure (not restricted to AWS) for web and mobile apps.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing.
• Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of real-time applications.
• Establish and maintain observability with logging, monitoring, metrics, and alerting.
• Ensure system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and incident response planning.
• Participate in daily standups and weekly client demos.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize build and deployment strategies.
• Assist in maintaining security best practices across deployments.
