Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Software Engineer III in the Payments Technology group to design and deliver trusted, scalable solutions. You will contribute across the SDLC, build secure production code, and leverage AI-assisted tooling to improve quality and speed.

You will work on a seasoned agile team, developing observability, automation, and integration with enterprise stacks while ensuring security, resiliency, and performance in a large corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• 4+ years of applied experience in design, development, and operations.
• Experience with modern languages and database querying.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools with validation of outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions at scale.
• Write secure, high-quality production code and maintain systems.
