Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• Experience with testing tools and automation in enterprise environments.
• Ability to document user stories and test scripts through to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a test team with daily supervision and issue resolution.
• Plan requirements against an end-to-end test strategy including data and environments.
• Lead daily Scrum Calls and represent the Program Test Manager when needed.
• Identify automation opportunities and ensure timely test execution.
• Document test scenarios and write scripts using BDD (e.g., Gherkin).
• Monitor defects, validate results, and present outcomes for sign-off.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology groups.
