Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Docker, and Helm.
• Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure and networking (VPCs, subnets, NATs, load balancers).
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Argo CD, or equivalent).
• Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Git workflows.
• Hands-on monitoring/observability with Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Strong Python scripting and automation skills.
• Knowledge of AWS IAM, Kubernetes RBAC, access management, and cloud security.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications running on Kubernetes, particularly Amazon EKS.
• Create and maintain Helm charts for deployment, configuration, and release management.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Argo CD, or similar tools.
• Provision, configure, and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform and IaC best practices.
• Configure and troubleshoot AWS networking components, including VPCs, subnets, NAT Gateways, and load balancers.
• Manage source code and collaborate with development teams using GitHub and Git-based workflows.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability using Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, or comparable tools.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate provisioning, deployments, monitoring, and operational tasks.
• Implement security controls, including AWS IAM, Kubernetes RBAC, access policies, and least-privilege principles.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and performance-related issues.
• Support production environments, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow infrastructure management and security best practices.
