Job summary

ICIMS, Inc. seeks a skilled DevOps Engineer to enhance CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation across a multi-cloud SaaS platform.

You will build and maintain automated deployment workflows, support development environments, and enable deployment at scale for thousands of customers worldwide. Responsibilities include pipeline management, IaC implementation, container orchestration, and proactive monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS required, Azure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.

Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipeline Management across multi-cloud environments.
• Develop infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Provide tooling and automation to improve developer productivity.
• Monitor deployment pipelines and infrastructure, and participate in incident response.
