Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar role.
• Experience with multi-cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud (GCP), Azure, AWS.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS).
• Demonstrable experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls, load balancers, and DNS.
• Experience with version control systems, primarily Git.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code: Design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using IaC principles with Terraform/ARM templates.
• CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Manage Docker containers and orchestrate with Kubernetes/AKS.
• Cloud Platform Management: Administer cloud presence (GCP, Azure, AWS) with high availability and cost-efficiency.
• Monitoring and Logging: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Security and Compliance: Integrate security best practices into CI/CD and cloud infra.
• Collaboration and Mentorship: Guide junior team members and foster a DevOps mindset.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify root causes and implement preventative measures.
• Stay Current: Evaluate new technologies to improve automation and scalability.
