Job summary

Belcan LLC seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines across On-Premises and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). The role emphasizes infrastructure automation, containerization, platform engineering, and DevSecOps to accelerate software delivery and improve reliability.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of DevOps experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multi-cloud and on-prem environments.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes for reliable software delivery.
• Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, etc.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve pipeline performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to standardize DevOps practices.
• Maintain configuration management with Ansible, Chef, Puppet; mentor team on best practices.
• Implement automated testing and validation steps within CI/CD workflows.
• Manage containers and orchestrations with Docker, Kubernetes, and related platforms.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Build monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, cloud-native tools).
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce bottlenecks and manual steps.
• Provide operational support including incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation for deployment processes and system configurations.
