Cforge? Coforge is seeking an experienced Tier III Production Support professional to manage enterprise applications in the Life Sciences domain.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of Tier III Application Support or Production Support experience.
- Experience with software configuration and troubleshooting.
- SQL and relational database knowledge.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering teams.
- SaaS or enterprise application support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Life Sciences/Clinical Research experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier III support for enterprise applications.
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and defect identification.
- Configure and troubleshoot application functionality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers.
- Validate fixes and support testing activities.
- Improve platform stability and reduce recurring issues.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Participate in on-call support rotation (24x5).
