Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer (SRE/Platform Engineer) in the United States. You will manage 24x7 production support, perform RCA, and optimize observability with OpenTelemetry, AppDynamics, and Datadog.

You will drive deployment automation, implement infrastructure as code with Terraform and CloudFormation, and ensure platform reliability, uptime, and disaster recovery. Collaboration with development teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Splunk, Linux, CI/CD, Python, and Production Support.
• 5-15+ years of relevant experience.
• SRE or Platform Engineering background.
• Strong incident management and RCA skills.
