Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager – Life Sciences to lead large-scale technology programs for Pharma, Biotech, and Healthcare clients. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of IT experience with delivery leadership.

You will oversee global cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data, Cloud, and AI, drive governance, budgeting, and executive reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance including GxP, FDA, and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Delivery or Program Management.
• Proven experience delivering technology programs for Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, or Healthcare organizations.
• Strong expertise in Agile delivery, SDLC, stakeholder management, and global delivery models.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs within Life Sciences.
• Manage global cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data, Cloud, AI, and Business functions.
• Drive program planning, governance, risk management, budgeting, and executive reporting.
• Partner with client stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, HIPAA, CSV, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support solutioning, client presentations, and strategic growth initiatives.
